APPLICATION
Selection of members for the Twelfth Institute (based on completed applications) will begin around October 1, 2006. Prospective members are strongly encouraged to apply by that date.
There are two steps to the process of making application.
1. Prospective members must complete an application form and send it to the appropriate person. The form is available at this link in Word and in Acrobat Reader format:
Application Form [.doc]
Application Form [.pdf]
If possible, applicants are encouraged to download the form in Word format, fill in the form, and then send it (along with the other requested materials on the form) electronically as an email attachment. As an alternative, you can fill in the form in Acrobat Reader, print it, and send it by regular mail. In either case, the form should go to the recipient indicated as responsible for the area of your residence:

2. A booking fee of £100 (or $200) is also required before an application is complete.
You will be advised by the person to whom you sent your application how to pay this fee. If you are not selected for the Institute, this fee will be refunded.
However, the fee is not refundable once an application has been accepted and a place allocated.
Note: The remainder of one’s residence fee will be due no later than July 15, 2007, and you will be advised on how this should be paid. Those paying in U.S. dollars will be responsible for the equivalent, at the current rate of exchange, of the total £995 residence fee minus their $200 deposit.
